Yes, all of our vehicles are fully licensed and insured.
Yes, you can expect nothing short of perfection from our limo service. All of our chauffeurs possess commercial driver’s licenses and have gone through and successfully passed the drug and skill test training program.
We also conduct quarterly reviews to ensure our chauffeurs abide by our strict standards and requirements, which include reliability, safety, professional appearance, customer service, and friendliness.
Please call us at 917-885-6541 when you realize you left something behind. All our vehicles are cleaned at the end of the service, and all lost items are placed in the lost/found bin. Forgotten items can be retrieved at our office during our hours of operation.
We will gladly ship your item back to you if you wish. Shipping and handling charges will apply and must be paid in advance.

Your rate is based on the information provided when your reservation was made. Additional charges can result from changes to your service during your trip, such as extra stops, excessive cleanup fees, additional tolls, waiting time, or extending the duration of your service (overtime). If you do not feel you have had any additional services, please contact our customer care team at unitedtoplimo@gmail.com or 917-885-6541 to review your charges.
Our chauffeurs are always timely dispatched and arrive at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before your booking time. However, even with traffic monitoring and travel guidance, unexpected delays may occur rarely.
In such cases, our customer care team will call you and update you on the chauffeur’s status. If you do not see our chauffeur, please contact our office immediately at 917-885-6541.
